ABOUT Stand up paddle boarding (SUP)
Stand up paddle boarding (SUP) is just what it says it is, standing on a board and paddling. It isn't as hard as it seems and most people only need a lesson or two to feel comfortable with the movement.
SUP is a great work out for your core and legs as well as your arms. We will be offering all levels of lessons as well as tours, fitness and yoga classes on the SUP, corporate team building events, birthday parties sunrise and sunset paddles.
